Thank you for choosing Karuo Atelier. To ensure your premium chocolates arrive in pristine condition, we operate a specialized temperature-controlled courier network across Hong Kong.
Delivery Rates & Premium Perks
- Complimentary Shipping: Free delivery to a single destination for a net purchase over HKD 800.
- Standard Delivery: A flat rate of HKD 100 applies to all other orders.
Schedule & Timelines
- Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday (including weekends)
- Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Estimated Timeframe: 1–2 working days from order confirmation. (delays possible during peak seasons or special events)
Important Exclusions & Special Arrangements
- Delivery Scheduling: Due to courier routing, we are unable to accommodate requests for exact delivery times. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- Hong Kong International Airport: Please note that we do not deliver to HK International Airport.
- Special Delivery Instructions: To ensure a smooth delivery, please include specific details (apartment, suite, or floor numbers). You may also use the "Additional Information" section at checkout for instructions like "Leave with doorman/reception".
- Important Note on Liability: Once you instruct our courier to leave an order with building security, a doorman, or reception, Karuo Atelier cannot assume responsibility or liability for any subsequent damage or loss.
- Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package at your scheduled time, a re-delivery fee will apply to reschedule your shipment.
Inclement Weather & Delays
Because our chocolates are highly sensitive to temperature and outdoor conditions, all delivery services will be immediately suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
Karuo Atelier operates via professional third-party couriers. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot assume responsibility for carrier delays due to events beyond our control, including transit strikes, natural disasters, or industrial disruptions.
