For Rémi and Gaël, that passion has always been the pleasure of good food, the richness of French gastronomy, the artistry of pâtisserie, and, above all, the extraordinary world of chocolate.
Rémi, an entrepreneur with a genuine love for chocolate, saw an opportunity to build something that was more than a business. He wanted to invest in something close to his heart, a world he could believe in and enjoy as much as the people he hoped to share it with.
Gaël, a French pastry chef and chocolatier with over twenty years of international experience, had devoted his career to perfecting the very craft that Rémi admired.
Their friendship brought together two complementary worlds: the vision of an entrepreneur and the artistry of a chef.
From this shared passion, KARUO was born in Hong Kong.
